Hi Audrey,

If it is for UPS or FedEx, it is most likely the fuel surcharges are making the difference. Fuel surcharges are added dynamically on the rate comparison screen.

Can anyone explain why the price that is displayed as the wholesale cost on the PM shipping screen does not match the cost stored in the table for wholesale pricing? For example, I have a box that is 11 x 10 x 6 under weighs 1 lb going to a business in zip 84096 - the cost displayed for wholesale is 4.98 but when I go to the rate setting table to check that price there is not match for any zone at the weight.
